Fee types
Hourly
You may choose to be billed an hourly rate for work done on your legal matter. An invoice will be issued monthly, detailing the work completed, fees incurred, disbursements, court costs and HST.
Flat Fee
Some legal matters are best suited for a flat-fee arrangement, a specific amount to be paid for single legal service. For example, notarizing services are charged as a flat fee that starts at $25.00 + HST. The price to notarize a document will increase depending on the type and complexity of the documentation.
